U’R HOME FESTIVAL REFUND POLICY
Thank you for purchasing tickets to U’R Home Festival, held at Fourways Farmers Market, Johannesburg. We appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you to our events. Please read our refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. General Policy
All ticket sales for U’R Home Festival are final. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may occur. As such, we allow partial refunds under specific conditions as outlined below.
2. Partial Refunds
• Partial refunds may be requested before the official start time of any U’R Home event. • Refunds will be processed at the discretion of the event organizers and will not include any third-party booking fees or processing charges. • Refund amounts will vary depending on the time of request and circumstances.
3. No Refunds After Event Start
Once an event has officially started, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes late arrivals, no-shows, or inability to attend for personal reasons.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund before the event start time, please send an email to: ticketing@urhome.co.za Include the following details in your email: • Full Name • Ticket Reference Number (from Fixr) • Event Date and Name • Reason for Refund Request Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 working days.
5. Third-Party Platform (Fixr)
Tickets for U’R Home Festival are sold via the Fixr online platform. Please note that Fixr’s own service and transaction fees are non-refundable and are not controlled by U’R Home Festival. All refund requests must be submitted directly to U’R Home via the email address provided above.
6. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that U’R Home Festival is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be notified via email. Refunds or transfer options will be communicated accordingly.
